SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: ResearchQube Customer Care SMS.

Program description: ResearchQube sends non-promotional text messages to people who have contacted us and opted in, about their inquiries, Talknology product demonstrations, appointments, onboarding, service updates, and customer support. Talknology is ResearchQube's product brand. Messages are sent from (737) 232-4967. If you opt in, the following terms apply:

You opt in only by checking the optional SMS consent box on our Contact Us form. The form can be submitted without it.
You may receive messages about your inquiries, Talknology product demonstrations, appointment confirmations, consultation reminders, onboarding updates, service notifications, and customer support.
Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (737) 232-4967, hello@researchq.net, or through our Contact Us page.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Hyperlinking to Our Content
